Refund policy

At ART CIRCA we take pride in delivering custom, meticulously handcrafted pieces that are tailored for a unique look. Please carefully review our Return Policy before making a purchase.

• All of our artwork is specifically designed for each collection. We do not mass produce any of our pieces. Therefore, each order is considered a custom creation and we do not offer any return or exchanges.

• In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives defective or damaged, please take detailed and clear pictures of the damage. Include images of the frame and/or art, as well as the inner and external packing within 10 business days. You can email the images to info@ArtCirca.com along with a description of the issue. If there is significant damage to the exterior packing, please document before opening. You may also choose to refuse the delivery if visible and prominent damage is present to the packaging. ART CIRCA will consult with you to decide whether it needs replacing, and if so, a replacement will be sent out at no additional cost.
