How long does it take to ship my order?

Lead times vary from collection to collection but expect your order(s) to ship in 14-21 business days. If for any reason your order is going to be delayed we will reach out to you directly and update you. Orders will ship via ground or freight depending on the size of your order. Paper print orders will typically ship in 5-7 business day and will ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx.

Do you offer rush orders?

We can offer rush orders for a fee, on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us at info@ArtCirca.com with the size and specific piece(s) you are interested in so we can get you pricing.

What if my art work arrives damaged?

If the art work arrives damaged please take detailed and clear pictures of the damage frame and or art, as well as the inner and external packing within 10 business day. You can email the images to info@ArtCirca.com along with a description of the issue. If there is significant damage to the exterior packing please document before opening as well. ArtCirca will consult with you to decide whether it does need replacing, and if so, a replacement will be sent out at no additional cost.

Do you offer Trade discounts?

We do work with designers and real-estate-developers so please reach out for any of your projects to Info@ArtCirca.com for all your trade inquires.

Do you offer customization?

We can offer custom orders for a fee, on a case by case basis . Please reach out to us at info@ArtCirca.com with the specifics you are interested in.

Can I return my art work?

All of our artwork is handcrafted specifically for each customer and is considered custom so we do not offer any exchanges or returns.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hrs after they have been placed.

Is hanging hardware included?

Yes, all our frames will come with attached hanging hardware and are ready to be hung out of the box.

Is the art work framed behind glass or acrylic?

All of our art prints are framed behind museum acrylic glass. We decided to frame with acrylic since it gives better protection and is less likely to be damaged in shipping, although being more expensive than standard glass.

What is the art work printed on?

All our art is giclée printed on various styles of museum matte archival papers.
